Inspired by the Utsava murthy at Cheluvanarayana Swami Temple, Melkote, Karnataka.

The majestic idol of Cheluvanarayana, also known as Thirunarayana, is the presiding deity of this ancient temple and is revered for its serene expression and divine presence.

Adding to the splendor of Cheluvanarayana is the Vairamudi, a diamond-studded crown. This crown is believed to have been gifted by Garuda himself. The annual Vairamudi festival, during which the idol is adorned with this magnificent crown, draws countless pilgrims. The sheer brilliance of the diamonds is said to be so dazzling that it illuminates the entire temple town.
